CSRC Pavilion Rental Guidelines

CSRC provides year-round access to our facility, where members can utilize the various event spaces for community building and social activities.

Two pavilions are available for reservation:

The Tiki Hut – max capacity of 25 people
The Pool Pavilion – max capacity of 50 people (25 max during pool hours)
The tennis pavilions are open to all members and no reservations are required.

Generally, the pavilion space is for member use only; with the exception of paid semi-private party reservations.

For all events,

Reservations must be made via the reservation calendar
Events must conclude by 10:00 pm due to local noise ordinances
The sponsor of the event is responsible for clean-up immediately following the event
Members making reservations are responsible for damage not covered by insurance
Pavilion reservation does not guarantee access to the pool (see pool party link for more info)

Semi-Private Party Reservation Rules

All parties require advance reservation and payment online at the time of booking. For parties with swimmers, you will also need to register your party with AquaTech (link included in confirmation email)
Party Guards will be required for any party with 8 or more swimmers in the main pool at $40/hour. Party guards will be available to help set up and clean up your party. NOTE that parties wishing to use ONLY the baby pool will not be required to book a party guard.
For parties with children under the age of 18, one (1) adult chaperone is required for every ten (10) children
Reservation slots include set up and clean up time. Please be considerate of other parties before or after yours.
The host is responsible for ensuring cleanliness of entire area including bathrooms post events
- - All trash must be removed and deposited in the dumpster located in the parking lot
  - All equipment and/or decorations must be removed
  - Clean tables and floor of any food or drink spills; return tables and chairs to their original set up
  - If rental space is not left in a satisfactory condition post event, or if damage occurs, a penalty fee will be charged
If renter serves alcohol, renter must have liability insurance. Pavilion areas are considered an extension of the pool; no glass allowed.
Parties can be booked at either pavilion throughout the week, except for the following dates and times:
- - 1:00pm – 6:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays before 4th of July
  - 4th of July weekend
  - End of Year Party Date
  - Limited or no availability during Swim and Dive practices and meets
  - Parties during pool hours are limited to 25 attendees or less
Parties must be booked at least one week in advance. AquaTech requires one week notice to ensure proper staffing. It is your responsibility to book with them directly, in addition to reserving a pavilion. Failure to do so may result in not having access to the pool during your party.
You may cancel for full refund up to 2 weeks in advance.
