2025 Dive Team Coaches
Emma Groves- Head Coach
Hi my name is Emma Groves! I am a rising senior at the University of Georgia, and I have been coaching the dive team since I was a sophomore in high school. This is now my 4th season as head coach and my 6th season coaching overall! I dove summer league at SSRC and CSRC, and in high school at Myers Park. Im so excited to be back for another season!!!
Gracie Groves-Assistant Coach
My name is Gracie Groves. I am an upcoming sophomore at Appalachian State. I grew up diving at Sardis and Charlotte Swim and Racket. This is my second year coaching and i’m so excited for this season!
Shannon O’Rourke Assistant Coach
This is Shannon’s second year coaching at CSRC, having coached a third season in 2014. She dove in high school in Nebraska, as well as on the University of Florida club diving team from 2013-2016, and is currently an analyst at Wells Fargo
James Gourlay- Assistant Coach
My name is James and this is my third year coaching for CSRC and I am excited to be back! I have spent several years diving at the high school, club, and collegiate level. Let’s have a great season!
Gavin Milgate- Assistant Coach
He is a freshman at Myers Park High School and a diver on the school’s team. He is also a member of the Charlotte Swim and Racquet Club (CSRC), where he has been diving for the past seven years. He enjoys both school and sports.
